Expeditious Service LLC is based from the "central-hub" of South Haven - locally providing prompt legal delivery of your documents in south-west Michigan. Most services will be completed same or next day. For difficult services, we provide multiple attempts, various times of day. Additional attempts and information will be gathered and provided if it is believed that service can be completed.You can expect updates on progress, a call or e-mail notification when the serve has been accomplished; and your return certificate or customized affidavit will immediately be returned to you, or filed locally with the court.

Fee Policy
Fee Rates are established by Michigan Statute. Mileage fees are determined, round-trip, from the issuing Court to location of service. I will charge this rate, or actual travel distance, which-ever is shorter.
Privacy Policy
All information exchanged will be considered private and confidential. Under no circumstances will any information be used for any purpose without the client's knowledge, direction, or consent. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Mileage rate of January 1, 2010 is 75 cents per mile.
